Many Seventh-day Adventist Churches world-wide receive the primary pastoral leadership from local church elders in place of employed ministers. It is for this reason that Ps Liebrandt has organised training to encourage and train this vital group of laity leaders.
Some of the objectives but not limited to includes:
1. To provide resources to enhance the work of elders
2. To empower elders with skills required to fulfill their duties
