Camp Meeting 2023 Rules

It is important for all Camp Meeting attendees to take note of the rules of engagement in the interest of this weekend’s success. You are responsible to read, understand and comply with the following guidelines: Cooperation is vital. God’s blessings are assured if we are faithful!

1. Safety of our Children

Our children are a gift from the Lord. We implore parents/guardians to keep a close eye on their children. Do not leave them in the hands of strangers. Keep them close, and keep them safe.

2. Announcements

All announcements should be left in writing at the sound/technical desk where the relevant announcers will collect such information before or during sessions.

3. Prayer Warriors

Prayer Warriors are essential to the success of all our endeavours. Members interested in joining in prayer are encouraged to do so under the leadership of designated PLC officers. The meeting place will be in the room at the entrance foyer. This will be confirmed during announcements. Prayer requests can be submitted to Session coordinators at any time. While the team will be praying for true revival and reformation, we implore all attendees to do the same.

4. Ablution Facilities

We humbly ask that Ablution facilities be kept clean by users at all times.

5. First Aid/Emergency Services

First Aiders are on duty during all sessions and are accessible to all members in the main hall. A visible station will be secured. All medical emergencies should be channeled to this team.

6. Program Coordinators

Program Coordinators have been appointed and will be accessible when on duty. They will usually be found seated in the front rows during their duty sessions. Click here for the list of Camp Meeting Coordinators.

7. Security

Security personnel are on duty to ensure the safety and protection of all attendees. Please assist by not leaving personal items unattended. Report suspicious behavior and concerns in this regard to security officers immediately.
