Accommodation/Lodging Information



Accommodation at the Hartenbos ATKV, has been arranged and secured for us. A list of various accommodation options as per allocation agreed upon for each participating church was provided to all Camp Meeting Church Representatives. Units range from sleepers, basic rondawel with no toilet (use ablution facilities), to luxury 2 bed beach house. Prices vary across the units from as little as R440 for the two nights to R1600.

Church members are encouraged to engage with their respective PLC Reps and to do so early to avoid disappointment.

Please follow the below guidelines for bookings and due dates.

1st Round – 6 Sleepers

Due Date for 50% Deposits – 31 March 2017

PLC Rep to please forward their final list of names and proof of payments to mmaphike@gmail.com. Units not secured by proof of payment by 04 April will be returned to the pool and be made available to all churches.

2nd Round – All Accommodation – Church Level

Due date for 50% Deposits – 30 April 2017

PLC Rep to collate bookings and deposits per allocated units. PLC Rep to forward all names and proof of payment to mmaphike@gmail.com by Monday 02 May 2017 to secure bookings. Units not secured by proof of payment by 02 May 2017 will be returned to the pool and be made available to all churches.

3rd Round – All Accommodation – PLC Level

Church members to contact M. Maphike by WhatsApp (0724696886)/email to enquire about available units.

The pool is officially open. Click here to see a listing of available units which will be "sold" on a first come, first served basis.

A reminder of procedure:
Members to contact me directly regarding specific units wanted. WhatsApp/SMS preferred to email.
I will respond with either yes or no.
If Yes, the member will have four (4) days to pay the 50% deposit or forfeit the unit.
If No, I will offer a similar unit, if accepted, the member will have four (4) days to pay the 50% deposit or forfeit the unit.

MEMBERS MUST USE UNIT NUMBER AS PAYMENT REFERENCE. Members must forward proof of payment to me. Units not taken up by 28 July will be returned to ATKV.

Proof of payment must be forwarded to mmaphike@gmail.com to secure the booking.

All balance payments are due in the NP2 account by no later than 31 July 2017, thus transfers are preferred by 28 July 2017.

No refunds/cancellations will be allowed.

Bookings/Enquires received after 31 July 2017 will be referred to ATKV and will be subject to availability.
